Then I waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for the oil change. After the oil change was completed they just handed me the key and said you’re vehicle is the on the lot. No explanation where my vehicle was located. Incentive I found my vehicle they had the service plaque on it. Also the previous time I brought the car in. They lost my keys and I had to wait close to 3 hours until they found it. More
