I took our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit in because the headlight was out. We left it early and they called the next day and said they had to change out the whole unit and it would be $2100. I decided to pick it up and take it to an independent shop. They were able to just replace the bulb for about $260. I feel like someone didn’t know what they were doing or they were dishonest. I will avoid going back to the dealership in the future. More

Justin in Service saved the day Last year the transmission went out in my 2014 Jeep Cherokee, on Christmas eve (2018). There was a big debacle because of the holidays that I won't g Last year the transmission went out in my 2014 Jeep Cherokee, on Christmas eve (2018). There was a big debacle because of the holidays that I won't get into, but I walked away pretty unhappy. The transmission went out in my Jeep AGAIN January 2020, almost exactly a year later!! Which is pretty aggravating (but that's the fault of Jeep in my opinion, not the dealership). I really was not looking forward to bringing my car in again. I additionally had a Check Engine light warning that I needed to fix due to an oil pressure sensor (to my knowledge it was unrelated to the transmission). This time, the transmission was fixed under a recall at no cost to me. Unfortunately, the other part would have cost something like $900 because it's considered part of the electronic system and is not covered under my extended warranty!! I had been contacting Justin in the service department, and I was obviously upset at the cost. He called me back later in the afternoon and let me know that I had a secondary warranty, under which the part was covered!!! Such a relief!!! It was a much better experience than I had last year, and I was so glad that he was thorough enough to catch that!! More
I had a recall on my 2016 Journey and I had scheduled an appointment for 1 p.m. on 01.15.2020. Because of my schedule i was not going to be able to make the 1 p.m..appointment. Well I drove to the dealer appointment for 1 p.m. on 01.15.2020. Because of my schedule i was not going to be able to make the 1 p.m..appointment. Well I drove to the dealership and I met Dale and he kindly accepted my car at 7:30 in the morning. Before 1 p.m. my car was completed. If Dale would have rejected me and had me come back another day. I would have had to take another day off. He was so sweet and compassionate about my situation where others would have made me reschedule. So Dale, I rate you a 10. Thank you!!! More
