My last 2 visits have been a disappointment. I have an oil change package on both my vehicles and had recently taken both in for an oil change and other issues. When I took in my Dodge Ram for a battery oil change package on both my vehicles and had recently taken both in for an oil change and other issues. When I took in my Dodge Ram for a battery problem, which was corrected. I asked for the oil to be changed as well. My truck was at the dealership for over 4 hours. When I picked up the truck, the oil change was not done. Last Friday, 2/7, took in my 300 for an oil change and asked for whatever service was needed. After 2 hours, the oil change was done, but nothing else. The paperwork stated several recommendations. These recommendations could have been taken care of while the vehicle was there. I am disappointed, to say the least. Now I have to schedule 2 extra appointments to address these issues. I have not had issues like this in the years I have had my vehicles serviced at San Antonio Dodge. More
