I had a great experience from beginning to end. I appreciated not being overtaken by a herd of salesmen when I walked up. My salesman, Matt, was excellent. The way the car buying process should be! Jerry was an all-star from start to finish! Jerry helped me identify the right vehicle for me while I was traveling on business, and lined up the Jerry was an all-star from start to finish! Jerry helped me identify the right vehicle for me while I was traveling on business, and lined up the trade in of my vehicle, so that everything was ready to go upon my return and arrival at the dealership. In my opinion, Jerry went above and beyond my expectations to the extent of delivering my new vehicle to my house so that my wife and kids didn't have to worry about making the trek back to the dealership with me later that night. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership, and Jerry is a big reason I am sure there will be a third.
