Irresponsible, and worst customer service. They lost my keys to my vehicle, which I had my travel trailer key, and my key to the hitch ball lock. They didn’t even bother to tell me about it until I brought keys to my vehicle, which I had my travel trailer key, and my key to the hitch ball lock. They didn’t even bother to tell me about it until I brought it to there attention. “All they said was oh yea we lost your key and gave you a new one”. Spoke with the service manager and all she said was “we’re sorry”....Then they asked me that they needed quotes to pay me for them. Which was sent over. Now they want me to pay for the new locks and have them reinstalled and they will reimburse me. I had told them I’m a truck driver and don’t have time. They didn’t care at all. I enjoyed coming to SADCJ my drive there is 37mins. I recommended that place to all my friends and family. Now it’s just a service center that doesn’t value it’s customers. More

Matt was quite helpful in helping me make my decision, seeing as I already had a 2005 Outlander, that I bought new, and figured it was time to update. I was looking at new,, but found one there only thr seeing as I already had a 2005 Outlander, that I bought new, and figured it was time to update. I was looking at new,, but found one there only three years old with less than 20k miles, all wheel drive for only 21k, so someone took a big hit on trading it in. I still have the remainder of the factory warranty, and it's very nice, and best of all, I paid off the entire balance two weeks before the first payment was due, by mr selling my house, for a hefty profit.
