At first it was a rocky start, we came on Thursday night and felt that due to our appearance we were not given fair treatment. We were given a new sales guy and he was not very knowledgeable. You all did not even try and compromise the to make to make a sale and we left. We were really bumped as I knew our credit scores were stellar and we had cash to put down. So my husband called back the next morning and spoke to Chris. He was very kind and said that he would look in to it and called us back. He did. About and hour later. We came back after work on Friday and we were assigned to Amador. He was very knowledgeable and if he didn’t know the answer he would find it. We made the deal and went Home with the Jeep. My only suggestion would be ,I understand when you have a newbie to the team may be have them shadow with a person who is a senior member and have them work with them to help them with their knowledge of the vehicles and help them with the process of a sale of a car. 1st visit didn’t go over so great with 1st sales manager who greatly low balled a trade in value.
