Bought a “Certified Pre-owned.” Got it home and discovered a damaged front bumper and skid plate that was being hid by a plastic piece that was zip tied to cover it. Partially my mistake for not seeing it at the lot, but if it was looked over like they said by the dealership it was not hard to find. If known it was not disclosed. Also seems effort was made to hide it. Bought As-Is so nothing can be done. My salesman sweetened the deal by incorrectly explaining their certified pre-owned warranty INCORRECTLY. The business manager didn’t correct the explanation until the papers had been signed. This dealership lives up to the stereotype of liars and crooks. On a different note, my trade in was posted within 24 hours and zero effort was made to even clean it. Pictures showed the same dirt inside and out that was in there when I traded it in.
