I would not recommend this dealership! The sales department failed miserably. I’ve been receiving numerous emails/calls from them inquiring my wrangler, finally decided to go in today. I should’ve l department failed miserably. I’ve been receiving numerous emails/calls from them inquiring my wrangler, finally decided to go in today. I should’ve left soon as we were ignored on the showroom floor. I stood waiting to be approached but the managers were talking amongst themselves. I even cleared my throat, no response from the two men talking (not even a foot away from us). Once the manager was off his call he acknowledged myself and wife nor did we receive an apology for waiting. I clearly stated why I came in, salesman continued to push the sale even though there was no inventory to choose from. The appraisal was far to low, once we didn’t agree on the number they didn’t even try to work with us. Save your self time and look somewhere else. Read the reviews before you go to any dealership! More
