Horrible service department. No one cares about your brand new vehicles issues. My jeep has been in service for 4 months and they wanted me to do a survey so I did. I spoke to Ms. Alexis on the phone. She was kind and very helpful. My salesperson Mr. DeAndre was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. However, there was a gentleman at the front des helpful. My salesperson Mr. DeAndre was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. However, there was a gentleman at the front desk that spoke very rudely to Mr. Deandre in front of customers (myself and others). I thought that was rude and unprofessional. The gentleman that conducted our finance paperwork also spoke to us condescendingly. I would buy a car again from Mr. DeAndre, but could have done without the other gentleman. More
