Purchased Jeep Sahara at this dealership. Waited several months for ordered parts . Never completed my warranty claim in months but when my 36k mile warranty expired they were quick to commun Waited several months for ordered parts . Never completed my warranty claim in months but when my 36k mile warranty expired they were quick to communicate they could no longer help me. I paid 72k for a Jeep and when I had isssues never did a manager contact me. Secondly during a service for my Ram 2500 an employee wrecked it so they had to keep it again for paint and body repair with no apology and never did a manager reach out. Horrible customer service once you buy a vehicle there they don’t care about you. More
