Disappointed in the customer service!Let me lead with I Disappointed in the customer service! Let me lead with I am a Regional Sales Manager for an International company, so I know about pleasing customers. We looked around lot about 15 minutes, nobody came out. So, I went in, thinking there must not be a salesperson. About 4-7 sitting at desks. One guy was about 8 feet in front of me. I stood there a minute or two, pretty awkward due to so many people looked up and ignored me. Finally he asks if he can help. I asked if there are any salespeople, he said "I'm 1". This surprised me as it felt like I was intruding. I told him I wanted to lease a new car. He brought 1 up, I asked about the lease cost? Told him credit score 810. He said, " well we would need time to figure that out", encouraged me to test drive. I did provide copy of DL. After checking with my husband, I said, I really don't want to test drive, I just need a quick "average" estimate. He then threw the copy of my DL on his desk, kind of smirked and said "we don't even have time now, you can't buy a car in 20 minutes!" It was 5pm. I asked what time they close, he said "7pm". I said fine and walked out. I totally felt like I was being treated this way because I was a woman alone! My husband was in the truck. Went to Ed Martin Nissan and bought, not leased, a 2021 Nissan Rogue the next day. Best customer service we have ever had from Steve Reeves! If that doesn't tell you that customer service sells cars, I don't know what will. ps I did call the customer service manager next day and explained and she was very apologetic. More
They seem to loan to employees, new trucks on the lot for hauling jobs. When the interiors of the truck beds are damaged, the damage is not repaired, but hidden. An after-market "drop-in" plastic bed liner hauling jobs. When the interiors of the truck beds are damaged, the damage is not repaired, but hidden. An after-market "drop-in" plastic bed liner is haphazardly installed to hide the damage from an unsuspecting buyer. Salesman Josh Baldwin tells any prospective buyer that the liner can't be removed and must be purchased with the truck, The buyer is never told that the bed liner voids the GM bed corrosion warranty. Salesman Josh Baldwin also lies to GM retires telling them he can get their GM discount authorization number for them. In fact, under the GM employee purchase program rules, he can not do this at all. In doing this Baldwin and the dealership can cheat the GM employee out of the deeply discounted GM"S" price shown on the factory invoice, and charge excessive misc. fees that the employee purchase program does not allow. The most, in any and all total dealer fees, is $75.00 as per the program rules the dealer must follow. One example of the many scam fees charged is a $100.00 charge to mail the factory supplied Certificate of Origin to the BMV, The buyer can hand carry it to the BMV when he/she applies for title and license plates, for free. Unfortunately, some factory supplied accessory items are stripped from these new trucks, like the emergency fuel funnel. Bottom line is that this dealership operates like a shameless seedy, wrong-side-of-the-tracks, back alley used car scam lot. Please, save yourself a lot of grief, and go to a reputable dealer More
My wife took are 2018 Chevy Silverado in Saturday 02/22/20 for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. She drove it back home and we didn’t pull it out of the garage till Monday morning. I noticed 02/22/20 for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. She drove it back home and we didn’t pull it out of the garage till Monday morning. I noticed oil on are garage floor. I looked underneath the truck and seen oil dripping out of holes in a plastic skid plate/cover. So I contact the Sam Pierce service department and they tell me to bring back in when I can so they can look at it. I told them I can’t make it there till this next Saturday. The service guy tells me to make sure I keep checking the oil and keep oil in so you won’t blow your engine. So I payed $60.00 for a oil change and take my vehicle in there that was not leaking before this oil change and now I got to buy more oil and put in it till I get it there for them to look at it. so now I got the cost of more oil and more time out of my schedule to take it back to them to fix something that they didn’t do right. I have this 2018 lease and 2019 lease with them. Do to another major issue I had with them on a 2013 Chevy Cruze we bought off them that didn’t make it home after I bought it we are pretty much done with this dealership. This has to be one of the worst service centers I’ve ever dealt with. And for the sales department to sale me a lemon car off the lot that was never checked out. I will not purchase another vehicle again or have any maintenance ever done at Sam Pierce Chevrolet ever again. More
Good Experience I've been using Sam Pierce for two years to service my Chevy purchased from another local large name dealer that I had constant bad experiences with. I've been using Sam Pierce for two years to service my Chevy purchased from another local large name dealer that I had constant bad experiences with. So I decided to purchase a new car and went straight to Sam Pierce, a couple hours and I was back home with my new car. Very happy and I've been able to easily get help with any questions I've had since then. I would highly recommend Sam Pierce and Rob Spencer More

Sam Pierce put Passenger Tires on a 2500HD Truck We bought a used Chevy 2500HD truck from Sam Pierce Chevrolet with brand new tires on it. Having not thought anything else about it after our purchase We bought a used Chevy 2500HD truck from Sam Pierce Chevrolet with brand new tires on it. Having not thought anything else about it after our purchase, one day I was pulling our 7,000 lb rated tandem axle utility trailer with several ATVs on it to an offroad event when a belt broke in our right rear tire causing severe vibration in the truck and trailer. I took the truck to a local Tire and Service center very upset and confused as to how 4 tires that looked virtually new with lots of tread wear left could have broken a belt like that. The service person said he was very surprised too, it can happen, but it is very rare. He scanned my vehicle information for tire replacement information and says, Well this explains alot, I don't know how to tell you this, but this truck requires LT tires on it and these are all Passenger tires, no wonder it blew a belt, these tires are nowhere near rated for these loads. I thought there is no way that could be so, I checked the door placard tire rating minimums and physically looked at all the tires, and sure enough Sam Pierce had put 4 Passenger tires on a 3/4 ton 2500HD pickup truck. I told him to replace the one tire for now because I need the truck now. He said legally and for liability purposes, he could not touch the wheel because this truck requires LT tires all the way around, if a tire blew and there was an accident, they could be held liable for it. He then said, you need to call the dealership you bought this truck from and tell them to fix this, because they have made a huge mistake and never should have put these Passenger tires on this truck. I physically had to take the wheel off the truck myself, give it to him, he put new tire on it, gave it back to me, and I had to put it back on the truck myself. I contacted the Serv Mgr at Sam Pierce after the weekend and explained what had happened thinking they would gladly reimburse me for the tire 1 had replaced and pay to have me go down to have the other 3 tires Passenger tires replaced. Serv Mgr said he would speak to the Gen Mgr, and they would get back with me. I received a call back from Serv Mgr saying he spoke with Gen Mgr, who spoke with the owner Sam Pierce and stated they would be willing to reimburse me for the 1 one tire with the ruptured belt but that was it. I was in utter shock and disbelief! I told him, you do realize you should be thankful and thrilled to replace these tires ASAP, because if we had a blowout in an accident and our family had been hurt or killed, you would have one major lawsuit on your hands. Gen Mgr said he spoke with owner Sam Pierce who stood by his original decision and sent me a tire replacement check for the one tire. I am still completely baffled how they can admit wrong doing, dodge a bullet with a lawsuit on the one tire, but not replace the other 3 that they wrongfully put on my truck that are just as much of a liability. The 4 tires that they either accidentally, deliberately, or negligently put on my truck is a drop in the bucket compared to potential millions lost in a lost suit if one of us were killed. I still can't wrap my head around their decision in this. If I do not get a satisfactory response from the Sam Pierce Chevrolet dealership, I will notify GM or their gross negligent practices, the BBB, and then to Court if necessary. It is no longer about the monetary replacement of the tires, it has now become about sheer principle, moral, and ethical value, which appears this company, has Not. More
