I brought a 2022 F150 powerboost in for service because the AC stopped cooling. My experience with Paul Sears (Service Manager) was the worst I've had in my life. He claimed that my truck had front end w the AC stopped cooling. My experience with Paul Sears (Service Manager) was the worst I've had in my life. He claimed that my truck had front end work done which would invalidate this being a warranty claim (truck has 150K warranty I purchased). He further implied that the front and rear of the truck had been repainted with overspray visible (his overspray was dust and wax remnant). I have owned the truck since new and have never had it repaired nor has the dealer who sold me the truck had any repair work done. Bottom line, Mr. Sears implied that either I was not being truthful or the dealer was not being truthful. When confronted with Car Fax showing no repairs had been recorded he said someone could have just paid cash to have repairs done. How infuriating to be called a liar when I know the truck has had no repair work done. Shameful, disrepecful, deceitful, accusatory and uncalled for interaction. The inference I got from this interaction was that they did not want to perform the repair and looked for any excuse to deny coverage. Ford should be ashamed! I called Ford Customer Service at 800 392 3673 to voice my concerns and can only hope they will work to improve the customer experience at this location. I spoke with 4 different personnel at escalating levels of seniority through this number. More
