Sam Pack's Five Star Ford Lewisville - Service Center

Bought my vehicle at David McDavid FW. Will drive to Lewisville to get 5star service. Also, Sam Pack Ford in North Richland Hills; their service dept is the WORST. Our F-250 was serviced Will drive to Lewisville to get 5star service. Also, Sam Pack Ford in North Richland Hills; their service dept is the WORST. Our F-250 was serviced by them for a simple fuel filter replacement. They torqued the casing too tight..causing it to crack… NRH replaced it… no charge.. but wait.. Because of the inconvenience, the manager offered a free detail. We dropped the truck off a few days later for the day.. They NEVER touched it the entire day. So this was about 10 months ago. The F-250 was brought in to Zac at Lewisville, this past week for sensor replacement. Zac noted the fuel filter casing was cracked. When NRH replaced the fuel filter casing 10 months ago, they cracked the replacement part. I could’ve make this up if I tried. I filed a grievance with Ford… nothing became of it… no response… Nothing Zac at Lewisville took care of everything. We know the repair was done right. Our F-250 has an impeccable service record with Zac and Sam Pack Lewisville. Every time we drive to Lewisville we pass the Grapevine Ford dealership on the way. That is another nightmare.
