He retrieved items from the Escape for me; the repairs were completed that afternoon and he called right away. Sales people should take good care of Zach - customers will want to buy because of the good service department. More

window tinted Bought my new fusion from here. Needed my windows done so asked my sale guy to schedule me for it, he said someone would call me this was on monday. C Bought my new fusion from here. Come Thursday and no call so I call service and get the persons voice mail who handles that, he apologized that no one called he had no record of it. Art schedule it for me and even gave me a great price. Then the day of the appointment the quailty of the tinting was sloppy. And they didn't even bother to clean all the mess off of the outside so there was water streaking all down the passage side , they bought it out there like this. My car was clean going in I told Ron romero so he said I was right and had technician come and take it to be washed. There should never be a time a customer should complain when they have to pay for service and its sloppy. I will be taking it from now on to five star ford in Richland hills where I have never had a problem with my other vehicle (expedition, flex) for over 10 years. Un-Trustworthy Un-trustworthy I have taken my vehicle to Sam Pack Ford of Lewisville on two occasions where I felt like I was treated unfairly. First was on an Air Un-trustworthy I have taken my vehicle to Sam Pack Ford of Lewisville on two occasions where I felt like I was treated unfairly. First was on an Air conditioner repair where they told me they need to repair my air conditioner for $2300 dollars. After the repair it still did not work properly, so I returned it and told it would cost another $800 to complete the repair. I refused and went to the General Manger and he agreed to complete the job at no additional charge. After the repair was done I told the repair was actually minor. My second experience occurred in February when I took my vehicle in for a miss. I was told it would be a $115 charge for a diagnostic test which I agreed. After the diagnostic test, I was told I would need to pay another $200 for a wet dry test to see if I had a burnt valve< which I refused. I decided to take my vehicle to Bill Utter Ford of Denton because they guaranteed me they could diagnose my problem with a diagnostic test. They did the test and found out I had some bad wires and a clogged number 4 fuel injector. With a $95 charged for a Diagnostic charge and all the repairs it cost me $400. After this I call the Service Manger at Sam Pack an asked if they would refund me my $115 for misdiagnosing my problem. He told me he would look into it and call me back. Originally came in for an oil change and to purchase tires. John Gerarde had called me a couple months back indicating he would like to trade for my 2011 F150. Paul Schroeder worked with me on tire purc tires. John Gerarde had called me a couple months back indicating he would like to trade for my 2011 F150. Paul Schroeder worked with me on tire purchase and got me a great deal on tires, even getting original tires adjusted and credit toward new purchase. As I was waiting on service, I dropped by Johns office and introduced myself and asked him to run the numbers on a 2013 F150 as we had talked about earlier. When he came back with trade difference, I could not believe the price. He took care of shop bill on 2011 and still gave me a great price. Paul was great working with us on the shop service and trading. John walked me to lot and we found just what I wanted equipment wise. Daniel Flores took care of all the financing in very fast and efficient manner, explained extended warranty options and gave me a great price on it. John went over all the new electronics and helped me move my mats and bed cover to new truck. Fantastic experience, I have never enjoyed buying a new vehicle until this one. No hassle, one price, no back and forth between two or three guys haggling. This is how the experience should be. I cant say enough about John's help in getting me what I wanted and making sure I was happy. Will send everyone I see looking for a New or used auto to John and Five Star Ford. More
I brought my 2011 Edge into the service department because the infotainment system was having a bad day. I left with a brand new 2014 Ford Explorer. Sunset Orange, a beautiful color. I did not have in because the infotainment system was having a bad day. I left with a brand new 2014 Ford Explorer. Sunset Orange, a beautiful color. I did not have intentions of buying a car that day. Usually I put months of research into that process. Danny met with me, showed me the Explorer. He and Rodrigo(in training) went over the vehicle options with me. Danny and Tony came up with an offer for my Edge I couldn't refuse, and I left with a new truck and big smile on my face. I will return to this dealership and buy from then again. Thanks guys for the addition to our family! More
Ron Romano in service did a great job. I took my Ford Flex in for 25K service. I called the day before to set appointment and when I arrived they took my Flex wright in. I was out in about 30 min. Bought my 2010 Transit van new in Feb of 2010. Battery Bought my 2010 Transit van new in Feb of 2010. Battery will not hold a charge unless driven everyday. 1ST VISIT TO SERVICE DEPT: Could not duplic Bought my 2010 Transit van new in Feb of 2010. Battery will not hold a charge unless driven everyday. 1ST VISIT TO SERVICE DEPT: Could not duplicate problem. 2ND VISIT: Replaced battery under warranty 3RD VISIT: Replaced battery under warranty again 4TH VISIT: Cannot duplicate problem 5TH VISIT: Was told to purchase a "battery buddy" and that I should plug the vehicle in when leaving it parked for more than a couple of days. (This is not a hybrid or electric vehicle). Vehicle was in service for 3 weeks. Picked vehicle up, drove it 5 miles and van quit running while driving on the freeway. Would not restart. Battery dead. Leading me to my........ 6TH VISIT: Vehicle has been in service for 2 weeks. No solution yet. Problem has existed since vehicle was six months old. Has been in and out of service for past ten months. Haven't even put 200 miles on vehicle since its first visit to Ford in the spring of 2011. More
