Treated like a VIP I dread having to take my car into the shop and having to deal with the anxiety of being without my vehicle, but all of those feelings slipped away wh I dread having to take my car into the shop and having to deal with the anxiety of being without my vehicle, but all of those feelings slipped away when arriving at my Ford dealership. Tom Martin put me at ease and hooked me up with the very capable Dakota. Dakota made me feel important and reassured me that my car was in good hands and I’d be on my way that day. In only a few hrs time, I was back on the road in my own car. Big shout out to the Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford dealership in Lewisville. This is why they’re my go to. More

Was in for service and the tech discovered a problem with the brakes on my Taurus. They had been incorrectly installed on the front brakes and parts were missing on the rear brakes! The work was done at another dealership. Jason took pictures of the problem and supplied me with the tech report so I could proceed with a claim. Terrific! Thanks Jason and the tech. More

His care of my 2011 Fusion far exceed my expectations. The cost for repairs were what he said they would be ( less than from a private shop that I had been using) and completed timely. I have another Ford, an Edge, and will taking my both my vechicles to Paul for all my future needs. Will also highly recommend him to all my friends with Fords... Thanks, Paul!! Would give you 6 stars if they were available. More
Service department terrible 3rd time I’ve gad an issue with this dealerships service department. The 3rd Tim is the charm for me. I drove my car there on a Saturday morning to ha 3rd time I’ve gad an issue with this dealerships service department. The 3rd Tim is the charm for me. I drove my car there on a Saturday morning to have the battery checked and replaced if necessary. I arrived and as usual the small drive in was backed up with vehicles just sitting there. They weren’t pulled up to the front. Just sitting there with no one moving them up. By the way it was pouring down rain and No one ever comes out to greet you like other dealerships. I waded to the service office and again as usual no one asks if they can help you. You have to ask them for help. I asked who could help me and someone told me they were short staffed and someone would help me soon. After tell them my problem they wanted to know if I was going to leave the vehicle with them. I informed them I’d like to wait for it and he shook his head and said that wouldn’t be possible. Why did he ask me? The should really look at a successful dealership to see what a service department should be. By the way, you never get a survey if you had a bad experience, but they’re quick to send you one iF everything went well. Also last time my vehicle was serviced they forgot to put a valve stem cover back on and insinuated I lost it instead of them. More
I will never give another dollar to Sam Pack's Sam Pack's subcontracted Graham's Wrecker Service to tow my vehicle (Sam Pack's chose them, called them, and agreed to pass on the charges to my bill) Sam Pack's subcontracted Graham's Wrecker Service to tow my vehicle (Sam Pack's chose them, called them, and agreed to pass on the charges to my bill). Either Graham's or Sam Pack's broke the shifter. Sam Pack's should have taken full responsibility. They did not and would not budge on the subject of corrective action until I brought up the subcontractor-client relationship. Only then did they choose to not charge me for the tow and give me a stipend reduction. At the end of the day, they still charged me $500, though, for a problem they were responsible for. It is my opinion that is this was unethical. I have bought three vehicles from them over the last six years, a truck, an explorer, and a used car for my daughter. I will never give another dollar to Sam Pack's. And if Graham's ever shows up to tow one of my vehicles, I'm sending them back down the road. More
