Finally found an upfront salesman that did not play any games. Very professional and all around enjoyable person to be around. I really like how he used email more than the phone. Using email allows me t games. Very professional and all around enjoyable person to be around. I really like how he used email more than the phone. Using email allows me time to answer when I can and no pressure like over the phone. I can pretty much say Tom is the future of car salesmen. I told several of my friends/family about him and they will be working with him in the future. I already have one person working with him and they made a comment that they liked how Tom is hands off (no pressure) and just answering questions for now. By taking his time with the deal my brother feels more relaxed and open to buying a new truck. Where ever Tom is at that will be the place where I purchase my next car. More

Bad experience. Was told that I would receive a call within the day about approval and agreed price. The following evening I still had not received a phone call. SO I travelled (and purchased) at Glenn within the day about approval and agreed price. The following evening I still had not received a phone call. SO I travelled (and purchased) at Glenn Polk in Gainesville Tx. Great experience there. More
