With help from his "you're as important to me as my own grandchildren" general manager, Tony, my expectations were met with pleasure. I will send everyone I know to see my new friend, Tom. He's so likeable and hard working, he could earn the business of any hard core sceptic, but mostly he's the kind of person you would call a "great guy". I also spent 10 minutes watching the service department check in 6 vehicles, greeting customers by name and checking batteries and tires and all sorts of things. He presented the incentives available to us and worked to ensure the financing worked for us. I took delivery the next day, and after walking me through the various features and how key aspects of the car worked, I drove it home. A very smooth, efficient and friendly buying experience. Finally found an upfront salesman that did not play any games. Very professional and all around enjoyable person to be around. I really like how he used email more than the phone. I told several of my friends/family about him and they will be working with him in the future. I already have one person working with him and they made a comment that they liked how Tom is hands off (no pressure) and just answering questions for now. By taking his time with the deal my brother feels more relaxed and open to buying a new truck. Where ever Tom is at that will be the place where I purchase my next car. More
