This was our third vehicle being bought from David in 2010. Yes, this is quite unusual for one family. This is what started our relationship with your dealership. We had an accident back in 2009 and our 2010. Yes, this is quite unusual for one family. This is what started our relationship with your dealership. We had an accident back in 2009 and our 2003 Toyota Avalon was totaled, and replaced with another Avalon 2006. And frankly, we were never satisfied with the performance or quality of 2006 as we had with the 2003 Avalon. So in the January, my husband started a search for some different, more room, reliability, and etc. The search turned into us looking at SUV's. We explored all brands and just couldn't find one vehicle that had everything he wanted on it. Until, we stopped and looked at Expeditions at the dealership. In fact, we had one back in 2001 Eddie Bauer (we please with it), and left it behind with our married son while we were living in Germany for several years. We had to trade it in due to the mileage and that is another story on the terrible lease. But anyhow, that did not stop us and is how we meet David at Ford Country. From the first time, he greeted us with sincerity about our problem, and how he offered many options from used to brand new Expeditions. And that was more than other dealerships were offering at time. And that was what sold us about the vehicle and your dealership plus David being David. However, our story does not end here on vehicle purchases for 2010. We knew down the road we would have to purchase a second for me sometime this summer; however, purchase was added due to an accident of our daughter's car in March 2010. You have it right, and the story just goes on, and we landed back at your dealership and etc. Our daughter is a proud owner of 2009 Focus, and being in college student. It is just perfect for her due the fuel savings and safety and reliability. Yes, summer is here and just bought a 2010 Edge Limited and the story just get better and better. David has exceeded our expectations as Salesman in the way he has handled our purchases of these vehicles. The dealership (new and used) receives a superior rating from us how financial end of the business was completed. A special mention about your employees: Ford (used sales), Paul (new sales), and the rest of the staff at the Ford Country on their performance. But Ford Country already knows this and a huge thank you for having An Awesome Employee or should we say employees. More

Great buying experience & the salemen (Dwight Starnes) was very patient with us. We spoke by phone & email before I was able to make it out to the dealership. I had gone to four other Ford Dealerships only to be treated by disrespectful, cocky, pushy and arrogant salesmen who were asking for $8,000 to $10,000 US dollars over the sticker price and not taking t treated by disrespectful, cocky, pushy and arrogant salesmen who were asking for $8,000 to $10,000 US dollars over the sticker price and not taking the time to let me ask questions or discuss options. One of them even turned his back to me after he briefly barked the price, which wasn't that different to what I paid to Sam Pack's Ford in the end. Eric and John were the total opposite, they listened intently to what I wanted, they gave me options, showed me website pictures, catalogs and brochures, they were courteous, they were gentlemen. They were never pushy, they did not sell me the car, they allowed to be the buyer. If it wasn't for my Wife's insistence that she wanted a Toyota 4runner, I would have bought an Expedition from these guys as well. Out of all the dealerships we went to this is the one we would recommend to friends and this is the one we're coming back to for our next car. We didn't have any intention of buying a Ford vehicle because would recommend to friends and this is the one we're coming back to for our next car. We didn't have any intention of buying a Ford vehicle because we had interest in another vehicle but the service we got and the way they worked with us to get us what we wanted was far beyond what we were getting from other dealers. They were upfront and honest and gave us a chance instead of telling us they couldn't help us...they worked together with us. There really is something to be said for the right kind of sales. There is something to be said for integrity of a dealership, not chasing someone driving through a parking lot, not laying a guilt trip on the customer, and by showing that you understand the customer wants to buy a car just as much as you want to sell it. More
