Great buying experience & the salemen (Dwight Starnes) was very patient with us. We spoke by phone & email before I was able to make it out to the dealership. I had gone to four other Ford Dealerships only to be treated by disrespectful, cocky, pushy and arrogant salesmen who were asking for $8,000 to $10,000 US dollars over the sticker price and not taking t treated by disrespectful, cocky, pushy and arrogant salesmen who were asking for $8,000 to $10,000 US dollars over the sticker price and not taking the time to let me ask questions or discuss options. One of them even turned his back to me after he briefly barked the price, which wasn't that different to what I paid to Sam Pack's Ford in the end. Eric and John were the total opposite, they listened intently to what I wanted, they gave me options, showed me website pictures, catalogs and brochures, they were courteous, they were gentlemen. They were never pushy, they did not sell me the car, they allowed to be the buyer. If it wasn't for my Wife's insistence that she wanted a Toyota 4runner, I would have bought an Expedition from these guys as well. Out of all the dealerships we went to this is the one we would recommend to friends and this is the one we're coming back to for our next car. We didn't have any intention of buying a Ford vehicle because would recommend to friends and this is the one we're coming back to for our next car. We didn't have any intention of buying a Ford vehicle because we had interest in another vehicle but the service we got and the way they worked with us to get us what we wanted was far beyond what we were getting from other dealers. They were upfront and honest and gave us a chance instead of telling us they couldn't help us...they worked together with us. There really is something to be said for the right kind of sales. There is something to be said for integrity of a dealership, not chasing someone driving through a parking lot, not laying a guilt trip on the customer, and by showing that you understand the customer wants to buy a car just as much as you want to sell it. More

Mr. Starnes did not let the heat stop him from coming out on a very hot June day to assisst me with my search for a new 2011 Mustang. When I let him know I had not had a new car in over 10 years, he did not on a very hot June day to assisst me with my search for a new 2011 Mustang. When I let him know I had not had a new car in over 10 years, he did not hesitate to show me all the features the Mustang had to offer, many that my 1999 Maxima did not have. Learning my preferences he then searched the Sam Pack Ford data base to find the perfect car for me. I was very pleased with the negotations experience and feel I got a fair offer for a just off the line 2011 Mustang. Communication was excellent and the actual time at the dealership was short compared to past experiences in buying a car. I will definitely recommend Ford Country and Mr. Starnes to anyone looking for a car. More
