I saw online that they had the truck I wanted (raptor). I then called and was told by Tony (gm) that they had a black one with the 6.2. I showed up the next morning. I hate high-pressures sales people. When I'm shopping for anything, especially a car, I expect the sales person to be knowledgable and answer my questions but then "back off". My husband and I had been shopping for a car all day, and I had my fill of pushy salespeople. We decided to try one more dealership before going home for the night. We stopped in at Sam Pack's Ford and immediately were greeted by a salesman just like at all the other dealerships, but this time when we said we just wanted to look around, the salesman said "ok" and left us alone. He didn't watch us like a hawk and hover over us. When we had questions, he answered them and then let us continue browsing. I felt absolutely no pressure! It was wonderful! More

Michael was just awesome! He was very friendly and had the answers I needed already in his head and didn't have to go look anything up. He knew his stuff. There are three other Ford dealers that are closer to where we live but my Wife and I went to Ford Country of Lewisville because it was recommended by USAA. It was definately a great choice. We went there to buy one vehicle (a Focus) and liked the experience so much that we decided to buy another one as well (an Escape). The staff was absolutely great to work with and I fully recommend this dealer to anyone. Dwight went well out of his way to ensure that we were taken care of (as did Paul and Rick). We feel that we received a great price / deal without having to go through all of the normal "haggling" that goes on at other dealers. It was nice to have a plesant new care buying experience for once. We will defiantely be bringing both of our new vehicles back to Ford Country of Lewisville for service, and when my 16 year old son buys a car next year, this dealer with be at the top of out list.
