Tom and Dwight made this a VERY pleasant experience for me. I had sent in an Internet Request for Quote. Tom Answered quickly and sent a quote. He then asked Dwight to contact to me to make sure I was taken care of. Dwight contacted me, got all the info to complete the deal. Dwight made sure all went well to cover all the paper work as I lived 3 1/2 hours away. When I went on Saturday to pickup my new Ford Edge Tom greeted me and everything was ready. We drove the car, finished the paper work and head back home. I could not have asked for a better deal, nicer people and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was the first dealership we went to, and we walked in knowing exactly what we wanted. They were very determined to help get us into that vehicle despite our not having any credit.
