My internet sales person was Tom Martin and he did an outstanding job. I had never done business with Sam Pack before. Though I am very loyal to a dealer I always get three bids prior to making a decis outstanding job. I had never done business with Sam Pack before. But, they just did not at all give me the feeling that they really desired to keep my business. The second dealer I tried on line quickly responded but with the wrong informnation. Not Tom at Sam Pack, he responded immedietely and accurately to my inquiry and his follow up was done in a manner that proved he desired to earn my business. Once I visited the dealership he handled the final negotiations well and ensured that the spray in liner and bed extendor were completed satisfactorily. Additionally, Keith in finance used his expertise to create a win-win situastion that exceeded my expectation. We purchased a car for our daughter the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The sales people, especially Michael and Paul were great to work with. They answered all our questions. The finance person, Jesus, was great to work with, he was not pushy and he worked with us to get the best finance rate for us. I bought this Ford strickly due to the customer service shown by Mr. Fuentes. Mr. Fuentes was recommended by a friend. I had originally intended to buy a GMC at another dealership and was not impressed at shown by Mr. Fuentes. Mr. Fuentes was recommended by a friend. We left the other dealership and headed to another GMC dealer. As we were headed there, we talked and my spouse and I agreed that we really enjoyed our experience at Ford County of Lewisville. We turned around and headed to see Tony. We told him we needed to look at two different colors in the daytime (black and silver) and we would come back. When we came back two days later, Tony had several color trucks lined up so it would help us to decide. We ended up choosing white which was not a color we requested to see. Also knew what I wanted to buy and with the help of the salesman, Gregg Jones, I found that I purchased from Sam Pack's Ford Country of Lewisville. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Ford Country Lewisville. The personnel has always been very friendly and helpful. I use the service department regularly.
