The last time I went car shopping (about 4 years ago), I had a horrible experience. I (a young female) was pinned in the corner by male sales associates, lied to, treated like I was ignorant, and told a ca had a horrible experience. Every dealership I went to would NOT let me leave the lot without tons of pressure to buy right then and there. Although I was in need of a car, the salesmen at Sam Pack Ford did not pressure me. I visited the dealership multiple times throughout the week, test driving cars, visiting other dealerships and returning. At one point I had found a used 2010 Fusion Hybrid in the online inventory (that I could afford); however, it was already sold by the time I made it in. I sat and spoke with the salesman for a while describing my situation, what I was looking for, and what my budget was. He spent some time searching through the company's inventory and ads trying to find something that was a good fit. Finally, he found a new 2010 Fusion Hybrid that I could afford. I was amazed! I never imagined that I could afford a new hybrid, but the salesmen at Sam Pack Ford were honest, straight forward, and more than willing to make it work. I went in prepared to put up a good fight negotiating, and I did not have to. After my husband and I decided to buy the car (the first new car my husband and I have ever bought or financed), Greg walked us through every step and every option. He was friendly, patient, and more than willing to answer any questions that we had. Especially after my last car buying experience, I would recommend Greg and Sam Pack Ford to anyone who is looking for a car. More
This is the second time we purchased a new vehicle with internet sales. I don't have a lot of time to go see, ho-hum and price haggle. He made the decision easy for us. We had comparison prices for the same type of vehicle, others wanted to nit-pick and price haggle and Tom did not. I told him what I was looking for and to present his best price, I appreciate the straight forwardness of Tom. He made the sale, the others are calling asking why we they didn't. My wife and I made our first visit to Sam Pack's Ford Country of Lewisville on Monday, December 20. We came away with a beautiful 2011 Ford Taurus. We first met with Mr. Tony Fuentes who had Mr. Eric Country of Lewisville on Monday, December 20. We came away with a beautiful 2011 Ford Taurus. We first met with Mr. Tony Fuentes who had Mr. Eric Karban assist us also. Both of these gentlemen answered each of our questions honestly, not just giving us the answer they thought we might want. We test drove a Taurus and then looked at a different Taurus. Mr. Fuentes priced both vehicles for us and let us make our decision with absolutely no pressure. I would recommend Sam Pack's Ford Country to anyone who is interested in a vehicle. And I will encourage members of my family to visit them first whenever they are in need of a new vehicle. More
I heard the car pro on the radio so I came by the dealership. I spent some time looking then went in and Dennis asked if he could help. The only draw back in the deal I wanted to sell my p/u to the state for 3K but that was too slow so I went for the 2K and somebody got a good truck...
