Just want to say, I am very pleased with the new Explorer that I purchased from Sam Pack's Ford Country of Lewisville. Also knew what I wanted to buy and with the help of the salesman, Gregg Jones, I found that I purchased from Sam Pack's Ford Country of Lewisville. Tom and Dwight made this a VERY pleasant experience for me. I had sent in an Internet Request for Quote. Tom Answered quickly and sent a quote. Dwight made sure all went well to cover all the paper work as I lived 3 1/2 hours away. When I went on Saturday to pickup my new Ford Edge Tom greeted me and everything was ready. It was the first dealership we went to, and we walked in knowing exactly what we wanted. They were very determined to help get us into that vehicle despite our not having any credit. Everything pointed in the direction of us not even getting the brand new car that we had our hearts set on, but they pulled through and were extremely patient about getting the information they needed to get us where we needed to be. Despite all the things we had to go through to get the car, we drove it home in less than a week. I was extremely satisfied and I was SO happy to find that the horror stories of purchasing a car weren't true, and that I didn't have to put on an act to buy a car (cause I was certainly not down for that nonsense).
