Sam Pack's Five Star Ford Lewisville

Purchasing my new Ford truck from Tom Martin recently has easily become my most pleasurable car shopping experience ever. Tom and his team at Sam Pack did a number of things really well: 1. No hawking customers in the parking lot - friendly people all around when I arrived...but no high pressure sales tackling upon arrival. 2. Straightforward - upon meeting Tom, everything became an easy paced learning experience that followed my pattern, not one Tom may have wanted to force. 3. Respectful - multiple examples of Tom going out of his way to prepare paperwork, gather information in advance - anything e could do in respect of my time seemed to be done. I can't stand how much sitting around has to happen during haggling, preparation of some sort or whatever else has to happen...this was not present at all in this exchange Very nice. 4. Moment of Truth - We already had one opportunity for failure here when a simple, but potentially big error, was made on the interior of the vehicle - Tom not only fixed the problem in a way I was not aware was possible...he saw a way to respect my time even further by prepping a few additional items and saved me a trip back to the dealership. I was driving home from work and decided to exit I-35 and drive through the Sam Pack Ford lot in Lewisville. I stopped to look at some F150 supercrew trucks. Dwight approached me and asked if I needed any drive through the Sam Pack Ford lot in Lewisville. I stopped to look at some F150 supercrew trucks. Dwight approached me and asked if I needed any help, I told him I heard a commercial on the radio for another Ford dealer advertising $11,000 off MSRP on 2010 F150's. Dwight told me he could also show me $11,000 off MSRP and took me to a new 2010 model F150 supercrew. Dwight had his team appraise my trade in and offered me a fair trade price along with the $11,000 off MSRP. I appreciate his sales approach, he was honest, fair and not pushy. They all did as much as they could to get me out of my Mustang and past the negative equity. My husband was the one that was up there with them working the deal.
