This was the easiest car purchase I have EVER had. Everyone there made it clear that customer satisfaction was their main goal and they made sure every question I had was answered and everything that needed to be done prior to delivery was done. Jim noticed that there was a scratch in the door handle and told me how to get it repainted, and I hadn't even seen it. I will most definitely do business with Jim, Kevin and company again. The car was for my wife and she was a little picky. David was extreemly helpful, patient, and never pushy. When it was time for negotiating a price David was very fair. No games, no gimics. In fact we settled very quickly on price. That was the easy part! My wife finally settled on a color of car that was only found at another dealer out of town. The next day David worked on his day off to personally retrieve the car for her and had it ready for pick up that evening.
