I first went to the Dealership on May 14th to look for a vehicle for my wife and met Eric because I was looking on line earlier in the day. I had just come from a dealership where the sales person had l vehicle for my wife and met Eric because I was looking on line earlier in the day. I had just come from a dealership where the sales person had lied to me about a car that was going to be available for my wife to drive. The vehicle was not even at the location for the appointment time. Lost sale to that dealer. My wife and I met Eric and test drive a 2011 Taurus and my wife was pleased with the car. We set an appointment for the next Saturday at 9:30 am on the 21st to look at a trade in and see if we could make a deal on the Taurus. I arrived at about 9:00am, because old guys do that, and was met by Eric who even though I was early was ready to do what was necesary to make my purchase as simple as possible. At about 12:15 that same afternoon I had my wife drive over and pick up her new car. She loves it! The experience was friendly, constant and helpful the entire time from the entire staff. Then, when I went to pick up my tags, he came out and showed me some cool things I could do with the SYNC system like getting directions and stock quotes while driving. That Rocks! This is the second deal I have made with Tom and Ford Country of Lewisville. I did all the research on dealers in the DFW metroplex when I made my first purchase last year, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Tom is top notch, high class. Don't mess with perfection. Greg made the whole process very easy. I had to test drive three different cars to find the right one for my wife and I. Greg was patient with us through this process.
