This was not the case in Lewisville. We talked to one of the managers as well (Paul) and he very friendly. The lady we visited with in the business office (I can’t recall her name) was prompt and helpful. Her attitude was excellent…at 8:00 p.m. We’ve purchased between 6 and 8 vehicles over the last 13 years and this was, by-far, the best experience we've had. When the time comes, we will drive to Lewisville again. More

Just because I saw on vehicle and it wasn't exactly what I was wanting didn't change the attitude of Mr. Dwight Starnes (the salesman) but rather he helped me with no pressure to find the right vehicle just for me. To make my visit and experience my enjoyable, Mr. Starnes was very personable with me and able to communicate to me so I didn't feel pressured or that there would be ill feelings if I had decided to not purchase a vehicle. In addition, Mr. Tom Andrews, the Finance Director, was just as personable and communicated to me perfectly as to my options on the purchase. Again, I felt no pressure whatsoever and was able to communicate to me in a no-pressure way. I will definitely recommend this dealership to all of my friends as I walked out of there with a 2011 F-150 Super Crew pick-up truck and couldn't be happier. Keep up the great work, Ford Country!!! Ford County in Lewisville is a breath of fresh air when it comes to car dealerships. Greg greated me in 100+ deg. heat. I advised him that I would not make a decision today, but I knew about what I wanted. He went right to work locating the truck I wanted, but the truck, in the color I wan would not make a decision today, but I knew about what I wanted. He quoted me a price and even told me where I could look art a similar truck in the color I had selected. The next day I looked at the truck in my color and went back to Greg, and we made a price deal about an hour before closing. I sat down with Brooke to do the financing, and after a long day she was cheerful. and patient in explaining my options, and answering my questions. We completed the transaction and Ford Coutry sent a driver about 150 mmiles north to pick up my truck. It was deteiled and ready at Ford Country the next day.
