My sales consultant, Arthur Starr, was very professional & knowledgeable. Also not high pressure. He was a pleasure to deal with. I enjoyed the car buying experience and would highly recommend both Art a & knowledgeable. Also not high pressure. He was a pleasure to deal with. Greg was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The car we decided on was at a different dealership, and was supposed to be identical to the car I drove. I felt like there were a f comfortable. The car we decided on was at a different dealership, and was supposed to be identical to the car I drove. I felt like there were a few differences, but it also could be in my head. The steering wheel on the Escape that I received did not have the telescope feature, which I was under the impression that it was supposed to, and I felt as though the seat sat much higher that the one I drove (even though the seat was as low as it would go.) There were also a few scratches on the vehicle (which I was promised that I could take it in and get buffed out at no charge.) Another problem was that the day I bought it, the "TIre Pressure" light came on...all the wheels look fine, so I'm assuming it's the spare, which I'm hoping can be filled up when I bring it back to get the scratched out. ALso, the Air conditioner makes a clicking sound when it's on levels 4 and 5, which I would also like to have looked at. The price of the car was fine, but I wasn't too happy with what I received for my trade-in...We had just but $2000 into the car, and we only received, $2,500 for it. Even though it should have sold for at least $3,500. More
This is the sixth car we've bought from Ford Country of Lewisville in the past 12 years, and the purchase experience just keeps getting better with each car we buy. They must do a great job hiring or trai Lewisville in the past 12 years, and the purchase experience just keeps getting better with each car we buy. They must do a great job hiring or training their team, because all the people we dealt with ... from the sales agent, to the finance manager, to the service manager treated us with respect and friendliness. whenever we had a question that couldn't be answered by the sales agent or finance manager, they were quick to bring in "someone who knew." My wife and I frequently recommended Ford Country of Lewisville, and we will continue to do so. We always look forward to getting our car serviced, because we always run into people who remember us ... and they always make sure we're still happy! Ford Country of Lewisville gets two thumbs up! Tom Martin was the most honest and genuine car salesman I've ever dealt with. It made my car-buying experience awesome. No buyer's remorse here. I will send anybody I know to see Tom. I am rarely pleased with a car buying experience and, actually, before I came to this dealer I had tinkered with the idea of buying a new car for some months. I wasn't really planning on closing this dea actually, before I came to this dealer I had tinkered with the idea of buying a new car for some months. I wasn't really planning on closing this deal THEN I met Dennis Gooding. Dennis is a class act - knowledgeable of the vehicles, understanding of my concerns, and careful to make sure I got the both the vehicle and deal I wanted. This is a rare combination of skills and a real pleasure - a surprise. I got a great deal, excellent service (even the tiny fixes and small things I thought about after I drove off the lot). If you are going to buy a car, seek out Dennis...he is a rare commodity and a real gentleman. Thanks Dennis! More

I purchased a house in Lewisville last year, Sam Pack's Ford Country of Lewisville is at the same exit I take to go home. So when it was time to trade in my 2004 Ford Explorer (my third Explorer) I new I w Ford Country of Lewisville is at the same exit I take to go home. So when it was time to trade in my 2004 Ford Explorer (my third Explorer) I new I wanted to start a relationship with the Ford Dealership that was the closest. I liked working with Art because he respected the fact that I knew what I wanted and he didn't try to sell me something else. More
