I had been thinking about the Ford Taurus for a while and really liked the styling. I originally went online to review and get pricing on the Taurus and also pricing on my Scion XD as a trad in. Dennis conta really liked the styling. I originally went online to review and get pricing on the Taurus and also pricing on my Scion XD as a trad in. Dennis contacted me by email the next day, but I was slammed at work and just didn't have time to get back with him. He cordially stayed in touch by email and really that was about it. He called my home telephone and left a couple of messages, but nothing pushy, just wanted to let me know that he had received my internet request. As soon as work had let up little, I emailed Dennis and I also called him to let him know I would be coming by at lunch to test drive the Taurus. Again, no pressure. After test driving the car, Dennis worked up some numbers for me on the Taurus and I let him know that I would get back with him. A couple of days later I Leased the Tuarus. Overall, Dennis did a great job and made me feel right at home during the whole process. Thanks for a great experience. More

John Costan sold us the 2007 Ford F150 that we traded in for this new Taurus. He puts customer service high on the bar, where it should be, and he is a true asset to your organization. He is very personable and well-educated about the cars and could not have been more helpful to us, as we were deciding on a new vehicle. I appreciate the patience and respect he showed us, as well went over the very fine technical features of the car. Art is a very good salesman, and represents your company in a very positive and professional way. As a trainer/public educator, I can tell that the employees at this dealership are well-trained and take pride in their job, and practicing the mission, goals and vision of this dealership. Brook was the person in the finance dept. that helped us "crunch the numbers." She is very easy to work with, very personable, while at the same time, remaining professional. She was patient, as we went over the figures and she worked very hard, to find us the absolute best financing available. I appreciate her dedication! Her positive, "bubbly" personality helps make a usually stressful time, a much more enjoyable time. Like John Costran says..."buying a new car should be fun, not stressful!"
