I was referred to Sam Packs and Salesperson, Tom Martin by a friend. She couldn't say enough great things about the Dealership as a whole and especially Tom. The entire sales process was quick and easy. Sandy was very knowledgeable about the F150 and was wonderful to work with. In fact, I had been putting off looking for a new car, basically trying to avoid the hassels that seem to come along with the buying process. Was I ever wrong! Tony and Tom were so knowledgeable, professional, accomodating, and patient with me -- it made me WANT TO BUY a vehicle from them! I test drove several vehicles and they went over all the vehicle features/technology. Even when I had trouble deciding on the color of the vehicle they parked the two side-by-side so that I could make my final decision! All I can say is if I would have known that buying a car could be such a pleasurable experience, I wouldn't have waited 16 years to do so! I was looking for a special Mustang and Eric took the time to help me build the car I really wanted. We searched the database and didn't find exactly what I wanted. I had never ordered a car but Eric wen time to help me build the car I really wanted. We searched the database and didn't find exactly what I wanted. I had never ordered a car but Eric went over all the options available. We filled out the order form and got the build process underway. Several Saturdays Eric took time with me and we followed the process by email notification. I was surprised that the negotiation was as very fair as it was since I was not buying from their inventory. I was surprised when Eric said the car was a week early. We filled out the credit paperwork online and we had two options waiting for us when we went to pick up the car. It couldn't have been easier. Eric took the time to setup my phone and went over the Sync system. I will take advantage of Eric's offer of another training session. Eric was the first salesman to treat me more like a friend and not just a customer. I am as happy as can be with the car, the people, and the experience. I will purchase my next car from Eric as well. In a year or two we'll probably need a new Explorer or similar SUV. John Atherton More

My salesman Michael Bratcher has by far been the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure dealing with when buying a new car. He was very helpful and courteous. Michael had all the answers to my questions and was prompt in the delivery of my new automobile. The finance department, Keith, was also helpful and I found him not to be aggressive on points, however he was quick to help me construct an extended warranty plan that fit my needs. In closing I am very pleased with the service I received from the staff at Sam Pack’s Country of Lewisville. More
