Bought my 2010 Transit van new in Feb of 2010. Battery Bought my 2010 Transit van new in Feb of 2010. Battery will not hold a charge unless driven everyday. 1ST VISIT TO SERVICE DEPT: Could not duplicate problem. 2ND VISIT: Replaced battery under warranty 3RD VISIT: Replaced battery under warranty again 4TH VISIT: Cannot duplicate problem 5TH VISIT: Was told to purchase a "battery buddy" and that I should plug the vehicle in when leaving it parked for more than a couple of days. (This is not a hybrid or electric vehicle). Vehicle was in service for 3 weeks. Picked vehicle up, drove it 5 miles and van quit running while driving on the freeway. Would not restart. Battery dead. Leading me to my........ 6TH VISIT: Vehicle has been in service for 2 weeks. No solution yet. Problem has existed since vehicle was six months old. Has been in and out of service for past ten months. Haven't even put 200 miles on vehicle since its first visit to Ford in the spring of 2011. More
I went to Sam Pack's Ford Country of Lewisville earlier this week in hopes of purchasing a used vehicle. My credit has issues from the past, and then basically no activity over the last several years, so I this week in hopes of purchasing a used vehicle. My credit has issues from the past, and then basically no activity over the last several years, so I wasn't sure what I would find in this experience. My 77 year old mother recommended I see Tony Fuentes at Sam Pack's Ford in Lewisville, as she had purchased a vehicle from him last year and says it is the best car purchasing experience she's had in her entire life. As my financial picture looks much different from my mother's, I wasn't sure my experience would be quite the same. Well, I should never have questioned my mother's wisdom! Even in my situation, my experience was no less wonderful than hers. Mr. Fuentes, who turned out to be the GM of this dealership, treated my 19 year old son and I as if we were part of his own family. He didn't just sell me a car. He spent time talking with me and helping me determine what type of vehicle would best fit my needs and then worked diligently to secure financing and a resulting monthly payment I could manage. I left the dealership that evening in a NEW Ford Fusion and I couldn't be happier! EVERYONE involved in my transaction was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and came across as genuinely interested in taking care of me. I've never taken the time to write a review about something like this. But then again, I've never had an experience quite like this one. My son came away wondering what all the fuss is about car buying - mistakenly thinking all experiences must be just like this one! Sam Pack's Ford Country of Lewisville knows exactly how customers should be treated . . . and that's the way they do it! More

I am a very difficult customer to satisfy, and I am sure they know my name the moment they see it. I had some unique issues with my car, but I have to say I am 100% satisfied with the outcome on my service they know my name the moment they see it. I was impressed by the fact that both Dwight and Tony were able to go above and beyond my expectations as a potential car buyer. I drove several cars, asked tons of questions, and did not ever feel as I were able to go above and beyond my expectations as a potential car buyer. I drove several cars, asked tons of questions, and did not ever feel as I was getting "sold a car". They were inforamative and objective. They worked past closing time to get it done, and had it ready the next day for me just like promised. I also left an item in my trade in, called Dwight, and it was on his desk on Monday just like he said it would be. Tony was great, and made me feel like I was the most important thing in his day.
