This is the way car buying should be. No games. No hassle. The price offered was disclosed prior to my visit, and was competitive with other dealer's offers. Dwight made it easy in a relaxed, no press hassle. The price offered was disclosed prior to my visit, and was competitive with other dealer's offers. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership since 2007, and from the same salesmen. The price has always been fair, including trade in values, and I was treated with respect and hon dealership since 2007, and from the same salesmen. The price has always been fair, including trade in values, and I was treated with respect and honesty such as you always hope you get but is not always delivered at every place of business. I would recommend this dealership and expect I will be purchasing there again in the future from Mike and Dennis. More
I had a great experience buying my car at Sam Pack's Ford Dealership. Tom was very helpful and informative. I felt like he was being very truthful and honest and gave us a multitude of options. We origina Dealership. Tom was very helpful and informative. I felt like he was being very truthful and honest and gave us a multitude of options. We originally went in wanting to buy a used vehicle but drove off the lot in a brand new Ford Edge, which I love! After running numbers and comparing the difference in new vs. used we decided that a new vehicle was a better option for us. I'm extremely satisfied and would recommend this dealership to my friends. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making this experience easy and painless! More
I had a great experience buying my new 2012 Ford Focus hatchback. Greg Robertson and Art Starr worked together so that one of them was always available each time I came in. They answered all of my quest hatchback. Greg Robertson and Art Starr worked together so that one of them was always available each time I came in. From the moment I initially contacted Ford Country, the entire staff bent over backwards to help the entire buying experience, not only to NOT to be a labor, but a delight. It was as if their motto was "H entire staff bent over backwards to help the entire buying experience, not only to NOT to be a labor, but a delight. It was as if their motto was "How can we make this as pleasant and helpful as possible!" By the time we completed the sale, numerous people in the business/sales team, from salespeople to the finanance and business managers, did all they could to help my wife feel confident that we had made the right decision. The staff labored to find us the right car, it was our desire, and they helped us to clarify what we wanted, with no coercsion, but the utmost respect. I encourage anyone to try out Ford Country, and I'm convinced I'm the rule, and no exception. This is the way they do business, period! More
Over the years we have purchased numerous vehicles. Our experience at Sam Pack Ford Country was one of the best. The General Manager appeared to drop every thing and he gave my wife and I his total atte experience at Sam Pack Ford Country was one of the best. The General Manager appeared to drop every thing and he gave my wife and I his total attention. He was personable, patient and very thorough. Tony made us feel very comfortable. There were no games with this dealership; from our introduction to when we drove off the lot, our entire experience was highly professional. When we asked a question, they gave us a straight answer. Both Tom Martin and Tony Fuentes were cordial and anxious to please. The technology on our new Explorer is quite complex and they carefully explained how to use the four major systems. I returned to the dealership once and Mr. Fuentes took the time again to cover some of the questions I forget to ask him on our initial visit. Our purchase and trade experience at Ford Country was superb! I would recommend, with no reservations this dealership to any individual who needs a quality vehicle and would like a professional purchase experience. Gary K. Cain Flower Mound, Texas Customer More
Dennis was a nice person to work with though I do think he was not clear on several things that caused problems. However, the finance manager was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. He even threatened me! I he was not clear on several things that caused problems. However, the finance manager was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. He even threatened me! I was initially told by Dennis the price would be somewhere between $520-$530 and then that price jumped to $560. Then, in order to be approved at a tier 1 level I was required to purchase some warranty package for $18/month bringing my total to $578. The day I was supposed to go in and sign the paperwork I called Dennis to ensure everything was set and the price had not changed and he assured me it was still $578. Two hours later, I arrived at the dealership and sat down to sign the paperwork and the price was $591. When I questioned the finance manager he said the pay-off amount was different because there was a $400+- acquisition fee they did not have to pay as a dealership. Essentially, they added that $400 to my loan increasing my payments every month and said on Monday once they could get a hold of Audi Financial they would send me a check for the approximately $400 difference. I was not happy about this especially since I called to confirm the price and nobody made any mention of the price increase until I inquired. The finance manager told me to "hurry it up" because he had other people to "deal with" and didn't have all day to answer my questions. My husband was beside himself, as was I, at his rude remarks and comments. He never explained anything on any of the paperwork just said sign here, sign here and anytime I would question him he would give me a vague answer. I questioned the miles and asked if I had 15,000 miles per year on my lease and he said yes. I signed all the paperwork and was on my way. Then I came to find out that the vehicle I purchased did not even have the options I was told that it did. I initially was promised a 2012 Explorer with all the options I required and then Dennis told me later it wasn't available but the had "the exact same one" just in a 2013 model and a different color (white vs. pearl white) and so I said that was fine. However, come to find out, it did not even have the power lift gate which the other vehicle had and the wheels were different. I was VERY disappointed because I never saw the car as it was being washed when I got there and I assumed everything was the same. Needless to say, at this point I was frustrated with how I had been treated and feel that they intentionally had the vehicle in the wash bay so I would not have the opportunity to view it before purchase and see it was not what I wanted. A few days later, I received a call and was told that my Audi had been paid off and there was the approx $400 amount I was owed and I needed to come in and re-sign the paperwork. I said I didn't want to resign everything and to just mail me the check and keep my payments at the $591 amount. Then I was transferred to the finance manager (the rude one who I dealt with) and he told me that I didn't have a choice I had to resign the paperwork and I explained that HE was the one that said he would mail me a check. He said he made a mistake and gave me 15,000 miles and I should have only received 12,000 on my lease and wanted me to agree to lower mileage. I told him absolutely not as that is not what I was promised and he proceeded to threaten to send the police to my house, harass me, verbally abuse me and overall act rude on the call. I finally had to tell him to stop harassing me and hang up on him. I am beyond dissatisfied and working in the public relations arena will be sure that I communicate in every possible way the experience I had at this dealership and ensure nobody that I know ever purchases a vehicle there. Jim and Erick were very helpful and very informed on the Ford Raptor. They were very concerned that my needs and wants were taken care of and that I was going to be truly happy. Instead of info dumping on Ford Raptor. They were very concerned that my needs and wants were taken care of and that I was going to be truly happy. Instead of info dumping on me they said drive the truck for a week or so and then come back and they would go over everything, which is a great concept. More
