Hugo gets a A+ in my book. Hugo worked hard to get me what i wanted. I really did not expect to drive out in a car with no money down and a trade in that was upside down but Hu Hugo worked hard to get me what i wanted. I really did not expect to drive out in a car with no money down and a trade in that was upside down but Hugo made it happen great salesman and i highly recommend him. I have bought a lot of cars and this was one of my favorite experiences ever in the finance office. Malcolm was completely upfront and transparent and just a pleasant guy to work with.
