It is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Mr. Romano has taken excellent care of me so far and I expect he will resolve all of my issues. This is the second Ford we have purchased from this dealership. Originally we came in looking at a Focus but ended up purchasing our second Fusion. John explained all the benefits and showed us how other dealers were promising things that they couldn't deliver.
