I wanted to let you know about the great experience we had buying our F150. This was our first time at Ford Country of Lewisville and our first time purchasing a Ford. Joe Medulla was excellent to work with! There were no pricing games and his main concern was our satisfaction during the entire sales process. Both my wife Diane and I really appreciated that attitude and service. Also, everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly even though they were swamped. Tom (can't find a business card with his last name) was very helpful with the financing. He even went over and corrected a mistake we made ordering floor mats right in the middle of the paperwork. All of this made for a terrific purchasing experience. One final comment - regarding the F150 King Ranch model..... WOW! This truck is impressive. Everything from the handling to the leather to the electronics is top notch. I look forward to riding in and maybe even driving the F150. It is my wife's vehicle after all. More

John was very knowledgeable and professional. John Costen was excellent to work with. We did not feel pressured or rushed to make a purchase. He spent a lot of time going over the features of each vehicle that we looked at and explained the pros and pressured or rushed to make a purchase.
