This was a difficult transaction being a very early special order for a brand new model, (2013 Fusion Titanium). The delays in delivery by Ford to Five Star was the only problem. Asim Ali, Tom Martin and John Gerarde all went way beyond the norm to get this vehicle through "Make Ready" double checked and delivered. Nothing could be asked from any of these people that they did not exceed by a mile. He was more interested in what I needed than what he wanted to sell me. He worked overtime to find the best vehicle for my needs and was very sensitive to my particular situation. Frankly, I hate the whole car buying process, but Michael made it a pleasant experience. His attitude and customer care made all the difference. Everyone at the dealership treated me with respect seemed very eager to assist me. I will certainly recommend the dealership, and Michael in particular if you are looking to buy a vehicle. More

I always read reviews before I go somewhere, so I wanted to make sure I posted this so someone else doing research would know how pleased I was with my experience at this dealership. I went to this dealership last Friday after seeing a used vehicle (non Ford) on the website that I was interested in (I had been looking at many dealerships around the Metroplex for a few weeks for this vehicle). The price they had listed was almost too good to be true for a used 2012 car with only 6,000 miles. I was walking around the used car lot when I was greeted by Christine. She was very friendly and asked if I needed help or had any questions. I'll be honest that I'm very hesitant of salespeople at dealerships (from previous experiences at other dealerships), but I immediately felt comfortable around Christine. Not once did I ever feel like she was just trying to make a sale. She answered all my questions and was very personable. When I mentioned the vehicle I had seen online she knew exactly which one I was talking about and immediately took me over to it. I made sure the price online and the miles were correct, and she confirmed that it was the same. I was shocked since I knew the value of the vehicle (I had been pricing them at other dealerships and online). She offered to let me take it for a test drive. I knew as soon as I drove it I wanted that car. When we got back, she had the Auto Check document on the vehicle available for me to review. She was able to work with finance and get the payments where I wanted them. She introduced me to the finance guy who helped me with all the paperwork. I hate that I forgot his name, but he was VERY nice (his name might have been Michael, but I honestly can't remember, I should have gotten his card). He explained the breakdown of the price of the vehicle and my options for extended warranty, etc. Not once did he ever pressure me into signing up for something I didn't want. He was very patient answering any questions/concerns I had about the extended warranty and additional features. So a big thank you to everyone for their help, especially Christine! I will most definitely be returning to this dealership whenever I need another vehicle. I've been telling all my friends to go there and check them out! Kudos!! -Rachel More

We've visited several dealerships over the past year, looking for cars. This is the first experience that we actually enjoyed. No hidden fees, straightforward business, explanations were given immediately when we asked questions without any false statements to "get us into a car". I would recommend this dealership to everyone who is purchasing a car. Especially if you are tired of the "runaround" that most dealerships put you through.
