I enjoyed working with Tom Martin; he was very knowledgeable about the car I bought and how to operate it. Tom and Jon both worked as quickly as possible to get us on our way. I went in completely defeated after dealing with several other dealerships and was completely changed by the end of the process. Tom is extremely knowledgeable about everything car related and provides you other dealerships and was completely changed by the end of the process. We talked through all of my options thoroughly and he was quick with an educated answer and proof to make me feel comfortable with the decision I chose. He was very flexible allowing me to see several different models to make the best choice and even showed us the internet sales options and explained how I was getting a better deal. He was extremely considerate of my needs as a first time car buyer and even talked me out of going to another dealership to check out the car that i thought i wanted. Tom stayed late so that we could get my trade in and introduced me to Jon who helped us with the financing and explaining my options there. It was refreshing to meet such a direct and to the point car salesman who could charismatically explain the process and make you comfortable with what you were about to purchase. I would and will definitely recommend working with this dealership, especially with Tom Martin. More

I gave a 'Good' rating (although I was teetering with OK if the selection options were more specific) vs a 'Great' rating because although the people I mentioned seemed nice, some items during the p with OK if the selection options were more specific) vs a 'Great' rating because although the people I mentioned seemed nice, some items during the process impacted my decision. 1). I would have expected the sales person to know more about the functions of the car. 2). Sales person also told me that payments could be made online with a credit card, when I asked because of a travel mileage program I belong to. In making my first online payment, I found this was not correct. 3). I was advised that the car was going to be filled with gas and detailed. Since it was late in afternoon and it started raining I even said I could pick up the next day if needed for the detailing piece since the Service dept was closed. He advised they have detailers after hours and supposedly this was done when I was with the finance guy. When I drove away, although the tank was filled with gas as promised, I found that 'detailing' equaled a quick once over inside, if even that, with a dry rag that was left on the seat. 4). Although the sales guy walked back and forth trying to work out the price with the finance guy, he for some reason was not able to tell me what % rate I was being charged. I had to wait until I saw the finance guy, and only found out because I saw it one the paperwork I was signing. 5). AFTER I agreed to the payment amount through the sales guy, the finance guy conveniently whips out additional services I could buy, which of course raise the payment price. 6). When I had questions about what I was signing the finance guy seemed kind of frustrated, even complaining on top of that about how many people the sales people were queueing up behind me and how there are only 2 of them that night, and how he has had to stay late at times due to a combination of customers coming late and sales people bringing customers to finance shortly before closing. I do understand people have things they dont like about their job....even I do....but probably not best to relay those to customers. 7). Your sales guy ASKED me to give him the top rating, saying that anything below that will not be viewed as good. In my opinion, if you have to ASK for a particular rating, then you know you didnt do a great job. I have no problem giving GREAT ratings, but only when it applies. In the end, I was only there to lease a car, and thankfully the car sold itself. Your people were only the instruments as part of the required process to get me what I wanted, so I went through it. What would have made my experience GREAT?.....Knowledge, AND honesty. :) More

I was also pleased with the work of Gonzalo Maldonaldo in finance in finishing purchasing the Explorer. I also like that Tony Xenkis let his employees do their job handle the sale and just stayed in the background.
