Great experience! Our sales person John Gerarde was exceptional! His product knowledge, most especially the dashboard computer workings of the car, was extraordinary! He was very patient with our questions and we never felt like we were being hurried in making the decision to purchase the car. He certainly took the personal approach in dealing with us and helped us feel comfortable and confident in choosing this dealership for our purchase. He reassured my son that should he have any questions with regard to the workings of the car after we left the dealership, to come back and he would go over everything with him until he felt completely comfortable.
