Nearly a decade ago I drove out to Five Star Ford Louisville to look at a truck I saw in an add not knowing if it were the right buy for me. I spoke with a pleasent young man on the phone & invited me to come see the truck. I drove alittle distance to get there but realised when I got there, it was worth the drive. John Gerarde greeted me with such a friendly attitude, he made me feel like we had known each other before. Many people buy vehicles knowing how pushy salesman can be. Not John, I explained my need for a small economical truck I could seat 4 & still save on gas. He rolled up a beautiful Ford Ranger XLT fully loaded. On a tight budget, didn't think I could afford it but John worked hard to find me financing I could afford. Yrs later I called Five Star Ford of Louisville back needing an upgrade. My old friend John Gerarde is still there giving it his all. This time I came out, he was juggling 5 customers @1time & another on the way.He never once made me feel pressured or left out. He apologized for the busy day & showed me my options. I felt right at home with my brother working hard. At the end of the day I rolled away with a Ford F150 XST fully loaded with so many options my wife is jealous &my friends & neighbors are invious! This truck is georgious! My financing is exactly what I wanted & I am so proud, I go out to stare at it over coffee early mornings. John & I are now great friends on social media. Thank you John Gerarde!
