I have been with Five Star Ford of Lewisville for the past 10 years. Paul Schroeder has always taken great care of my cars and has bent over backward to ensure that I was at work on time when dropping m past 10 years. Paul Schroeder has always taken great care of my cars and has bent over backward to ensure that I was at work on time when dropping my car off for service in the morning, picked up and brought back to the dealership when needed and if I was waiting for the work to be completed I was not kept longer than necessary! I must also give a shout out to your drivers - they are always courteous and prompt. Paul has never told me to get any work done to my car that was not necessary and I respect that which is one of the many reasons I stay with Five Star Ford. Paul and I spoke about 2 weeks ago about the possibility of trading in my 2006 Navigator, I asked his opinion of the cars I was looking at because I trust his knowledge. I called Paul because I had a flat tire last Thursday to see if he had a new one available to put on my Navigator and he did, at the same time I told him I was trading in my car. Once I arrived he tracked down John Gerarde for me to talk to about my wants and needs for a new car. John listened to my concerns about going from a full size SUV to a car and my need for great gas mileage - he pointed me in the direction of the Escape (this was not even a consideration of mine). John convinced me to sit in a 2014 in the showroom, once I did I was sold, within minutes he found one on the lot in the color and with the features I was interested in - we took it for a test drive and I was SOLD. I told John the only thing I wanted that the car I test drove did not have was a light leather interior and again he hit his computer and within a matter of minutes found what I was looking for. The hard part was that I was actually there over lunch and to his credit John kept us on track, took my information and turned it into your Finance Department while I went back to work. I was so excited to sign the deal I arrived back at the dealership around 4:15 and John had said it was a done deal and turned me over to Zach French. I liked Zach immediately, he knew I was excited and again that I had errands to run before heading home, he explained what I was signing, the advantages of the extras and why they may or may not be necessary and made the actual buying experience very enjoyable. Friday night I was able to pick up my car - John took great care of me showing me the electronics knowing I had a prior engagement to get to by 7 pm! I would definitely recommend all of these guys again to anyone that asks! More
