Finally got a vehicle! I had a horrible experience at another local dealership. After posting about it on social media, Kyle Gillispie contacted me via Facebook and offered I had a horrible experience at another local dealership. We headed to the dealership today and Kyle was out today so he recommended Xavier Perez who took absolute amazing care of us, even feed us. Matt Roberts came over and offered exellent advise and finished everything up. I just want to Thank each of these guys for playing a part in making this happen...without each one of you it wouldn't have been possible. And most importantly thanks for dealing with me...I know I can be a pain 😂 More

Best Car-Buying Experience Ever!!! I drove to the fleet lot by mistake, but the sales staff there were immediately engaging (in a good-not pushy way). I presented a problem that dealerships near me could not solve. Less than two hours later, I was driving away in a better vehicle, with a better interest rate, than I could have anticipated. For the first time, buying a new vehicle was a pleasurable experience, instead of the agonizing chore I expected it to be, given my previous encounters with dubious salespeople. I kept both, Tom's and Ulices', cards and will be pestering them when it comes time to purchase another vehicle! More

Everyone st Sam Pack was friendly from the moment we walked in the door. Ulices was our salesman and he never pressured us at all. He knew what we were willing to pay and how much milage we wanted on a used car and he did everything to make the deal possible. He gave us a great price on the car we were trading in. My husband had been to another dealership earlier in the day, (NOT Sam Pack) and they were willing to give a good price on the car we were trading in but would not come down on the car we were looking at. That salesman came out and just said ":see ya". Very rude. BUT at Sam Pack it was very different. They made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. We highly recommend this dealership. My car got rear ended and totaled so there was no question o We purchased a couple of vehicles a year and a half ago here and had a great experience. My car got rear ended and totaled so there was no question on where we were going to go to get a new one. Xavier was very helpful and not pushy in any way. I knew what I wanted before I got there and he made it happen, even down to the color I wanted. He didn't try to get me in anything different or more expensive. I decided to lease this go round and he explained everything where I understood, since it was my first time to lease. We were in and out very quickly. It is greatly appreciated since I had already had enough of dealing with cars and insurance companies, I probably wasn't in the greatest of moods but left feeling great about my new car. More
