Patsy checked the computer and found a 2019 Edge ST that was inbound to the dealership. Less than a week later Patsy called as soon as the vehicle arrived and set us up with a VIP appointment. Patsy kept her word and followed up on her promise to me the customer. She is pleasant to deal with and answered all of my questions. The demo ride was outstanding and there was no pressure. I did feel there was still too much back and forth with finanace and once we made a deal then all the warranty and other sales stuff came in. I would prefer to know everything all at once and not continue to be sold things after I agreed on a deal. However it was the team of people that made this a good experience not necessarily the process. I would challenge management to make a better process with such a great team. More
