When we arriving that morning, we were greeted with a smile and open arms, by Bill Vaughn. After just a few questions Bill had us steered in the right direction, and on our way to a new truck! He was very patient, and took the time to make sure we were getting put in the right truck for us! After Bill helped us find the right truck, we headed over to the finance department, and we were taken care of by Taylor Munden. Taylor was very kind, professional, and extremely helpful. He helped us see the value of additional warranties, and made the process as painless as possible! Overall, both of these gentlemen were a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford to anyone! More
