Made an appt time over the phone to get a recall taken care of. Took the day off and took my car in (40 minutes away). Was told that the ONE guy that does the recall isn’t in for this day. Even when I told them over the phone what the recall is for. Then why schedule the appt and why didn’t I get a call to reschedule. Instead I took the day off and now I have to on Tuesday as well. When I complained to Paul Sears (service Mgr) he asked me if I would like a pen for my trouble. Not even kidding. He then proceeded to tell me that Ford is very generous with their employees days off and he didn’t understand my frustration. Very very poor customer service and people skills. Drive the extra 10 minutes to other Ford dealerships. This place clearly doesn’t care about the customers. More

Service advisor Zack is my go to person to get my truck serviced. He knows what my F250 service needs are and does not recommend unnecessary service. Not sure how they have such an awesome review. I was looking and probably would have purchased the Maverick they had for sale, but was not informed until the paperwork was being drawn up there was I was looking and probably would have purchased the Maverick they had for sale, but was not informed until the paperwork was being drawn up there was an automatic 10k mark up. The sales women stated oh I thought you knew they automatically at the 10k mark up. Know I did not know. It wasn't on their website nor was I told prior. A truck worth 32K after mark up and "add ons" it was 42+k. I had a trade in and I am aware it would have left me upside but in no way should it have cost me almosf 50K in total for the truck. Definitely not a 5 star business. More
