I told him what I was looking for and he found it right away even though it was a fairly rare combination of trims. He provided a trade in value that was $300 above my research with no haggling. More importantly, he didn't waste my time. That is key. He's also friendly, educated and knows what's going on in the world. He epitomizes what Jerry Reynolds says on his radio show about Sam Pack. Carrollton isn't that close to my home but it's well worth the drive. I haven't decided on my purchase yet but if I do go with Ford I will buy through Mike Krantz. More
