Otilio Hernandez was recommended to us by a good friend and that recommendation turned out to be a great one. Otilio was respectful of our time, listened to our desires, and worked with us to choose the right car for us. There wasn't the traditional "let me go talk to my business manager" routine all-day-long. We only dealt with Otilio and worked out the deal by just sitting at his desk. Otilio is simply the best! Always ask for him when looking to get a car. David Barragan was extremely nice as well. In the past, "the finance guy" would guilt you into purchasing an extended warranty, service plan, or an extra left hand. David saw that we purchased cars infrequently since we keep them for years and tailored any finance discussions in that context. I only had to say "no thank you" once and he moved on to finalizing the paperwork with a great attitude, good conversation, and ensuring he respected our time. Lastly, Raj Patel ensured that any questions/issues we had with the car were answered or taken care of without hesitation. I think the only downfall to the whole experience was the time it took. We were all set to process my deal when a small Asian man in a wind breaker stormed into the office behind me and screamed at the people finalizing my deal. He said if he didn't get preference for his deal instead, people would 'pay.' I'm not quite sure this guy should be walking around threatening people when there are customers in house. Because of that little fiasco, my car took another 2 hours. Big thanks to Jess and Michael for trying their best for me and getting me out when they did. More

We test drove all of them, Jess was extremely helpful explaining each vehicle's characteristics. Once all test drives were completed, she asked if we would be interested in getting a price. We got a great price for the new vehicle and a fair price for our trade-in. The staff at five star did everything so we could drove out with our new vehicle on the same day.
