Excellent customer service I went in to Sam Pack 5 Star Ford in Carrollton to trade in an existing Ford Escape for a Fusion Hybrid. My best friend recommended Danny to me, so I I went in to Sam Pack 5 Star Ford in Carrollton to trade in an existing Ford Escape for a Fusion Hybrid. My best friend recommended Danny to me, so I called to schedule an appointment. Danny was more than kind over the phone, and explained his day was already committed to existing appointments. Despite his already packed schedule, he walked the lot to see if a car that fit my needs was available. He found such a car, and promptly called me back to schedule an appointment with his colleague Grant. Grant was equally considerate and respectful throughout the buying process. He listened to my needs and did his best to make sure my entire wish list was filled, including the payment amount that fit comfortably into my budget. They said no worries, give me 24 hours and I'll get back to you with some options. That they did! I got a great price that fell within my expectations on a 2017 STX, but I forgot my wife's expectations. Told them she wanted the 6th seat and they said they promised me what they promised and found me an option (XLT) for the same cost to give my wife what she wanted and I didn't have to give up anything between the 2 trucks. Ended up getting the STX and beyond pleased. Quick financing through the website and they delivered it to my door. Not sure if that is their SOP for delivery, but I couldn't get there. Like I said, they made it beyond easy, drove my old truck back to the dealer and the deal was done. All of this took up about a total of 2 hours or less of my life and we did 99% via phone. This is my second experience with this dealer. I will say the first one was decent, but Jeff and Reuben were tops and the real reason I stayed in another Ford. They took the dealership from a 4 star to a 5 for me. More
