Leasing a new Ford F-150 can be a pleasant experience I'm a previous Ford F-150 owner but was interested in upgrading to a newer model year. I had an idea of the equipment I wanted and reviewed inventory I'm a previous Ford F-150 owner but was interested in upgrading to a newer model year. I had an idea of the equipment I wanted and reviewed inventory on line at each of the Sam Pack Ford locations. I found the truck I liked at the Carrollton location and after a couple of phone calls with Mike Munden was able to pursue a 36 month lease instead of purchasing. I explained to Mike that I live about 90 miles from the dealership and didn't want to spend a lot of time there when I took delivery. I completed a credit app on line and requested the front windows be tinted and the bed sprayed. Mike made sure everything was completed and the truck was ready to go when I arrived. Even with the paperwork and thorough explanation of the truck's features and technology I was on the road in less than an hour. I also have high praise for Jeff Flaishans who explained the numerous truck features, Joseph Walker a definite expert on Ford's internet technology capabilities and Michael Pisarik who processed the Ford Credit paperwork. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job! Why would anyone want to go to another Ford delearship. More

Both guys were EXTRAORDINARILY professional and cut to the chase to save me hassle and headache. Alex was very informative and left me with a better understanding and education for not only MY purchase but for my future purchases dealing with vehicles and where to really invest my hard earned money. I was very appreciative of the way he treated me like a human being and not a dollar figure. I had been to several dealerships this day and no one compared to this guy. I know Alex will go very far in life and I hope his talent is recognized by Ford. Joseph is very impressively laced with technological knowledge in and out of the vehicles. It is my understanding that he is one of the few, if not the only rep who installs these Skylink systems on the vehicles here at Ford and still, even with a busy schedule, he keeps his word and works efficiently to make sure the customer not only understands what they’re purchasing, but that they’re happy with it and using the device to its fullest potential. Joseph also helped me with a couple questions I had with all the features in my vehicle and was overall a very fun guy to work with. His personality alone left me in a better mood for the day. I really hope Ford see’s the potential in Joseph as he is very driven and downright genius and overall MORE than helpful. Just knowing if I have any questions these gentlemen would be there to help me is a very confident feeling. Buying a vehicle is fun but it can be very scary at the same time and these guys handled business to get me where I needed to be without regretting one thing. Easiest car buy ever. Sales guy Kurt was awesome. He really searched for the truck I was looking for. He found exactly what I wanted but it had just arrived at the rail yar Sales guy Kurt was awesome. He really searched for the truck I was looking for. Kurt made some calls and was able to put a rush on it and it arrived the next day. The trade value was fair and they put a big discount on the new truck.
