Great no hassle process I live South of Houston, so I was very hesitant at first when considering a used Ram truck in their inventory. However, Jess was extremely helpful throughout the entire process over the phone and I ended up reserving the truck and flying in a couple days later to pick it up. Jess came in on her day off to be there when I arrived, and made sure I was able to inspect the truck thoroughly before proceeding to finance department. Mr. Barragan worked with me directly on the finance side, and I felt extremely confident in the final financing terms - which were better than the pre-approval terms I'd received from Capital One. He was very professional, answered all of my questions, and did not try to aggressively sell me any add-on items. All in all, probably the best car buying experience I've had, despite how far away the dealer was from where I live. More
