Five Star Service ⭐️ After having much trouble with my husbands vehicle, we decided to trade in for something new because the costly repairs were getting too overwhelming. After having much trouble with my husbands vehicle, we decided to trade in for something new because the costly repairs were getting too overwhelming. We had checked a few dealerships online and Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford seemed to have the best options and better prices! We went in and were introduced to Dawin Peña (fluent in spanish) who was very attentive, charismatic and very driven by his work. We gave him two F-series that we were interested in and he weighed the pros and cons with us. He gave his honest opinion which we really much appreciated because it definitely helped us choose the better option, price-wise. We hit a few bumps in the road from having a security freeze on my credit reports to not having enough credit. Dawin kept pushing and coming up with different options and strategies in order for us to get an approval. Just when we thought there was no hope, we received the approval from Ford Credit with 0% APR. We could not be happier with the service we received from Dawin and he most certainly made loyal customers out of us! We will be doing business with Dawin and Five Star Ford again in the near future!
