What a nightmare! Thanks to Justin for working with us on our trade-in and for his role as Sales Manager, and thanks to Carlos who got us through our financing smoothly. Our whole buying experience was definitely worth the long trip from our home at Cedar Creek Lake in Seven Points, TX. NOTE: We chose not to have our new F-150 Lariat washed again on the day we picked it up, because it was misting rain. But, we were a little concerned that the person(s) who did the window tinting for the dealership did not clean up the water marks and/or drips, fingerprints and footprints off the inside of the truck on the dash and wipe down the inside of the doors, windows and front windshield. Just wanted to point this out! More

Immediately entering the building, I felt at home! Everyone in the building seemed like family and treated customers as such! There was never any pressure when it came to picking a vehicle and I always felt like I could "walk away" if I wasn't comfortable with any purchase. Everyone here made sure that I got the car that was perfect for me. Jeff "Flash" toured the lot with me finding exactly what I needed. Mo and Carlos did a wonderful job helping me finance and tie everything up. Start to finish it was a great experience. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! More

They will be the only dealer I deal with in the future and the only dealership I recommend!! I highly recommend using Jeff "flash" Flaishans as your salesman. He was super friendly always had a smile even on the phone you could hear the smile on his face in the way he talked. I had to drive by myself with my two kids two hours into an area I'm not familiar with let alone a large city I'm not used to driving in (I'm from the country lol) and Jeff kept in contact with me the entire time. He offered to come find me if I got lost. Lol, thankfully I didn't get lost. But the customer service is the best I've seen in a long time. My kids even named our car after him "The Flash" lol!!
