After initially going to Auto Nation Ford and receiving the stereotypical harassing service and pushiness, that's commonly associated with dealerships, I woke up on Thursday morning with every intention of going back to a different dealership and purchasing a Suburban. I then received an email from Jose Garcia that morning that listed a number of Expeditions in the price range that I was looking for, which he derived from my inquiry through USAA. Although Jose and I hadn't formally met yet, I appreciated the transparency in his email and the different options he was providing. Solely based on that email, it prompted me to call Jose to discuss what I was looking for. After explaining my wants and needs, Jose didn't promise me anything, but stated that he would see what he could do. After it was all said and done, Jose and I were able to close on a brand new 2019 Ford Expedition, which wouldn't have happened if he was not professionally persistent in his approach, demonstrating authentic communication with me, and providing overall superior customer service. At no time did I feel harassed, pressured, or getting taken for a ride and in the end I got the vehicle that I wanted. Jose is someone that I would describe as a highly value added employee to Sam Pack Ford. I'll be back in the market again for another vehicle for my teenager and will be seeking to work with Jose again. More
