Sam Pack's Five Star Ford is located at I-35E and Crosby Road in Carrollton,Texas. The dealership comprises more than 16 acres and employs approximately 200 local sales, service and administrative personnel. Sam Pack purchased the dealership in 1980 and the dealership has shown significant growth each and every year since.

Mr. Pack, Time Magazine's "Quality Dealer of the Year" for his exceptionally high customer satisfaction standards, also earned Ford's "Distinguished Achievement Award" which is the highest Ford Division honor. The Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce made Mr. Pack Citizen Of The Year and, more recently, The Carrollton / Farmers Branch Rotary Club recognized Mr. Pack as their Man of the Year.

Applaud to guys working at this dealer, Jared, Sandy and their nice manager. Guys are very professional, efficient and respectful, and they made the business super easy to go. Comparing to another two dealers in west Dallas (I spent half day there an only get a blackmail offer or unprofessional experience), guys in Sam Pack's nailed down a competitive offer for me in an hour. Really really professional. Plus, the financing process is transparent and Sandy showed great respect to customer options. We felt zero pressure and walk away their store with a competitive offer and ideal car. It's really joyful to do business with these guys. Definitely recommend! I purchased a new F150 over the weekend at SP Ford and had a great experience. The entire team I dealt with was very friendly and professional. The vehicle with the specs and color I was looking for was had a great experience. The entire team I dealt with was very friendly and professional. The vehicle with the specs and color I was looking for was not in stock, it was found at their sister store and Jose went to pick it up. After the deal was agreed on, Alexandra helped me with accessories. She was very knowledgable and confident of her products. I did opt to add 2 items. The last personal touch that stood out, as I was going to drive off Jose mentioned that Justin and Rocky wanted to say goodbye before I left. They all came out to say thank you and goodbye.
